Terms of use

The service

Mesily lets you find restaurants, see their table plan and book. The service is free for people who book. We act as an intermediary: the food, the service and the price are a matter between you and the restaurant.

Bookings

• To confirm a booking we send a code by text message to the phone number you give, unless it is already verified in your account.
• The booking is confirmed when the website tells you so. You will receive the details and a link to manage it.
• While you choose a table and confirm, the table is held for a few minutes. If you do not finish in time, it is released.
• The restaurant may give you another table with similar features if it needs to for organisational reasons.

Changing and cancelling

You can change or cancel your booking from the link you receive when you confirm it. If you cannot go, cancel as soon as possible so the restaurant can offer the table to someone else. The restaurant may also cancel a booking for justified reasons; in that case we will try to let you know.

Your account

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your password secret. You can delete your account at any time from its settings.

Proper use

• Give truthful details and only book if you plan to go.
• Do not book on behalf of someone else without their permission.
• Do not try to access parts of the website that are not meant for you or interfere with how it works.

We may block access or cancel bookings if we detect abusive or fraudulent use.

Liability

Each restaurant is responsible for the information it publishes and the service it provides. We do our best to keep the website working properly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We are not liable for damage caused by technical interruptions or by causes beyond our control, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Restaurants

Restaurants that use the management panel are also bound by the terms they agree with [Nombre o razón social del titular].

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The current version is the one published here, with its date. Bookings already confirmed are governed by the terms in force when they were made.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Andorran law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the Principality of Andorra, unless consumer law allows you to go to the courts where you live. If you have any questions, write to [email de contacto].
